it was no problems for yaizu to deflect the kunais with a kunai then he smiled at kai
"if thats all you got the fight will be over really quick"

yaizu dodge the hit and then jump backwards putting some space between himself and kai thinking of his next move

Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm)
This jutsu takes elements from the Kaiten and uses them for purely offensive reasons. To perform it, the user thrusts their palm at an opponent while expelling a large burst of chakra, violently pushing the opponent away as. This jutsu strikes with concussive force.

yaizu draws his knife letting it stretch to a spear and aiming with a strike towards the original one

yaizu quickly retract the spear and puts it away after all he dont wanna kill kai and since he dident know the full potential of the spear yet himself it was safest not to use it.
he used another kusho to create some space between himself and kai

he dissipeard when he inreased his speed to clash with kai again

if it would have been any other than yaizu the three shurikens could have proved deadly. Yaizu managed to avoid them but one of them still scratched his side. Smiling yaizu aimed for the soft spot u usually aim for with jyuuken but without infusing chakra into his hands using the style more like a normal martial art style the punches wouldent be lethal but probally hurt like hell

ic: yaziu pulls out a kunai of his own and clashes with kai with his free hand he still aims attacks against kais soft spots.

yaizu catches the kunai and now holds one kunai in each hand when he leaps after kai he throws one of the kunais at him and is using the kage bunshin jutsu at the same time multiplying the amount of kunais

the shurikens kai throws makes the kunais dissipear in a flash of smoke. Yaizu flimmers and appears behind kai tryin to sweep him of his feet

yaizu could think of a few things to prevent that technique but not without killing kai and that he dident want so instead he waits for kai to make his move
