based two hundred years after naruto, everyone from cannon has died but their secrets live on. In other words there are still all the villages and jutsu as normal, and there are also new bloodlines and old ones. There can be three rinnegan users, and up to fifteen sharingan users unless they are the childern of the first ones. also you MUST make your own mangekyou jutsu no copying cannon on that much
