ah let me explain this dcp the charka it its basically types they had when they lived lightning water fire and so on and the chakra amplifier increase the strenght of thoose and makes it easier for them to use it in other word allows them to use it without handseals since they are puppets
trevanius got approval from sarah (sasuke) to use living puppets since created a complete set of techniques just to do so

...a little overpowered since the living puppets don't need to use handsigns...
