But, could you please make a Character of less Rank?

A Rank with S rank power(Due to the fact he rarely does anything, but when he does its very big)

Make him A-Rank in power or S-Ranked in Rank.

Your History has NOTHING about his Ranking up.... There's nothing about being any ninja rank at all! Advancing up in the ranks of the Missing Nin does count.... ><

You did not put anything about HOW he advanced in rank, only that he did. :/
