| Don't put canon jutsus in the custom creation. Put them in your template instead. | |

Rasengan is a special Case since it was learned IN THE SERIES.... Otherwise, it wouldn't be allowed. Chuunin cannot normally use A-Ranked Jutsu. For reference, Genin cannot normally use B-Ranked Jutsu. However, the special exception comes with that SPECIFIC Jutsu for Rasengan. That's it. | |
