Description: He forms a rasangan in one hand and a another rasangan in the other and uses clone to pin the opponent. He charges with unbeliveable speed and hits the opponent with both causing the opponent incredible pain of both rasangan
Weakness:Both Rasangans will be attracted to each other. IF the attack is missed the two cannot be stopped and will collide and blow upp causing the user immense pain

Only someone with the Sharingan or Rin'negan can use the Chidori. =/

not necisarally think about kakashi, he knew it before he got the sharingan o.o

You're missing the point that the Chidori is HIGHLY inaccurate and very unstable without the Sharingan. The user must build up all the momentum prior and can hardly change direction at all. Basically put, without them, you'd need a non-moving target.
