Clothing: Almost in a more traditional cape and hood, Kura usually keeps the same outfit. Sticking with the colour themes black and ice blue. Her cape is relatively black with icy blue stripes, which itself has special tributes. The cape itself is not just a cape but has a special enchantment which keeps her warm in the most harsh freezing areas and cool during the brutal heats. On top of that if she stands still she is able to seem 'invisible' only because it was woven from moon beams (A plant not the actual beams of the moon). The last and most favorable trait of this cloak is that it allows her to stuff anything in the pockets without it being weighted down. As long as it fits in the pocket opening it will fit. It is just a holding device with unlimited space. This is most handy because it's also organized, and if she thinks of the item she needs she will be able to pull that object out with ease.
Her two arm bands or whatever you want to call them also play an important role. Those are more monitoring her condition spontaneously. It checks to make sure she is in healthy condition, and if she was to become ill, they send messages to her brain something isn't right. Along with sensing her condition, it also keeps most of Kura's powers under check. Meaning, these are more of restraints she made herself so she would not loose control through emotions. However, they are not the strongest, so if someone was murdered in front of her, that pushes it to close. As those bands tell her to ignore it, she literally can't as it is against her own wishes. So if used in the wrong way they can dig her own grave. But overall they help by balancing her emotions.
The shirt and pants are simple shirts and pants. The pants do have a small compartment in case she needs to take something out quickly. Usually she does not need to use that as she has assistance from her cape. But there are some times she will use it, to keep occasional things for randomness, like a pencil or ink.
Her socks and shoes are self explanatory. Except the shoes are made from her own spiritual pressure allowing her to move me fluently and to move at greater speeds. They also help her balance as having such a high speed movement she can probably of tripping a lot more. Though her shoes balance her they are also high stressed to the vibrations to the earth. The shoes are constructed of her pressure consisted to concentrate her powers more to her feet for she needs balance, along side that they also provide
sensing from far distances.
Due to the fact she is categorized as a human she is not. Though her looks are somewhat average there is a main difference about her from other humans. First thing is that she is not human, she only has a 'form' of a human, but mostly her composition is completely different then the others. If the average FPS for the human eye exceeds over 200, hers would be 1000. This means that everything is very slowed for her allowing her to move quicker as her body has adjusted that she may seem like the blur. (http://amo.net/NT/02-21-01FPS.html) The debating is between how her body now works. She is probably mostly in a somewhat balanced body, however, her inside structure is different in most aspects. Like a bird her bones are hallow, so she is very light weight thus making her more mobile. Although her structure is light and easily could be crushed she has very hard skin like marble. This is merely because of how much her body is actually slowed. Though it was stated that she moves quickly she was built to last nearly any environment. Her blood is not exact human blood, it carries more traits of fish genes, as when it is cold the blood slows to put her in a state of 'hibernation' if necessary. One other facts was though she has that attribute, her skin became more of a heavy lightweight part of her as it is technically like a dragons scale for duration but as light as a feather. This leads to her having a body that can not be easily damaged. Although she is still considered 'human' her attributes are nothing human. The main thing that definitely separates her from humans is her age and actual appearance. Since time and space are the main factors of everything, time and space herself has a rather inlaid relevance to Kura. Meaning that she cannot age physically to grow old, however, it allows her body to advance. Using the time space continuum this helps her majorly to keep all her physical skills to only advance. The only downside to this is that when she 'changes' all those skills are lost to readjust to others. This is only because they are not the same (But the keep the original composure not the advancement.)

Custom Clans
Name: TenshiTenki
Kekkei Genkai: It instead also allow the users to copy other bloodlines, such as eye bloodlines, like the Sharingan and Byakugan, however, it could also copy the others, that had to do with the body, like the Kaguya clan. This clan also has the ability to control the elements by hand movements and by thoughts, but at an extreme level.
Clan history: The TenshiTenki clan was a semi famous clan known for control over all elements, instead of using the normal handsigns, they had their own set which allowed them to use and combine elements into extraordinary attacks and even displays. However, during the wars, they never got involved, or when they did, no one ever knew it was them because they blended with the other villages. These shinobi had power, but as time carried on that power couldn't be copied correctly. It became almost sloppy and the Kekkei Genkai they tried copying usually lead to a defection, if they copied the eye Kekkei Genkai incorrectly, they could end up being blind. Now people are more catious on what they try to copy. However, some people can copy and copy however, they would soon loose part of their memory, this was still all the cause of the sloppy handiwork, until Kura came back to her village to reteach everything, and though it was partly brutal, it allowed her Ninja to be back and copy again.
The almost ironic part is that they did not fight much, they trained but never dared to get in part of the war. They always thought there could have been a better way, and though when they tried helping in a war, no one wanted their help. Offensive and denied the village learned just to stay out of the war, and lived a peaceful lives, and to become more of defensive and medical ninja then the all out fighters, to try to be more peaceful.
However, this was originally founded by Kura's older brother, Kuro. Kuro taught all the power to Kura when they were younger, however, since Kura was immortal and Kuro wasn't, Kura was the only one to carry on the secrets that her brother taught her.

Name: Ryuuhonoo
Kekkei Genkai: This Kekkei Genkai allows the users to see and communicate with dragons along with turning into dragons almost like shapeshifting. They are also part of the Dragon Society, and have enhanced senses along with high speeds.
Clan history: This Kekkei Genkai was also discovered by Kura. When she first realized that most of her senses increased and her speed dramaticly increased she realized she was part dragon when she actually saw them. The Kekkei Genkai was spread all around the area, the cause of it was back with their ancestors, there have been some shapeshifting dragons/humans with this ability and only appear every 50 or 100 generations. Therefore it skips every 50 or 100 leaving only a few with this special ability. This bloodline also then linked anyone who had this to anyone else who had Ryuuhonoo. However, unlike Kura's brother who did not inherit this, this usually only happens when the person is one with their inner self and usually pure at heart.
