Name:Kami'me(God's Eye)
Purpose: To Put a stop to all things that could cause war in the Shinobi Lands
Items Given: Ring's like the Akatsuki that have a chakra enhancing jewel imbued into it, whoever wears the ring is granted enhanced chakra usage and capacity. And certain rings given to the high ranking members(9 members) have even further improved chakra enhanced powers and a special jutsu of they're choosing to be placed in the ring that can be used even when having no chakra left as a last ditch effort.
Members: Uchiha Itachi
History: While Growing Up Itachi wanted to put an end to war and bloodshed. Time took its course and eventually Itachi joined Akatsuki to keep an eye on theyre actions so at one point he could stop them. Soon the real leader left the organization. Itachi left soon after and began his own organization. Kami'me, or God eye in literal meaning was the name he had chosen. From the Ashes of the Dawn(Akatsuki) rises God's eye(Kami'me). Was the line Itachi stated to himself as he left his Akatsuki ring and made his own ten rings that had special powers inside them to help his members fight better in battle. He is currently recruiting members.
