Description:This is a special fighting style used by Raigen Kumori-Fuuma.He was able to create this style by sneaking into the Hyuuga base and to read there clan fighting style and ways.When he got abit understanding of it.To him it was not enough so he played as a Hyuuga and watched the clan members fight.When he saw what they could really do,he quickly was able to develop a style very simmilar to it.He was able to study the human body and chakra system and all he had to do was study the movement and create Black Raiton with it and it was a sucess.He was able to send Black Raiton waves towards his opponent.And using his Tanraigan makes it alot better.
Weakness:It stings after abit.

Name:Tanraigan Wrecking Ball

Description:This is one of Kumori's clan's most Dustrustive Technique.But due to it being secertive only few know about it.And Raigen was one of the members who was able to master it.Only using Tanraigan a small ball of lightning will appear infront of The user,then Lightning from the user and the area will merg with the ball making it larger and larger.The user won't be affected.So basicly Its like a black hole of lightning but the user is the one controling it.After the user thinks its enough power.(note: does not use this with hands at all)The user will launch the ball at the opponent or anything.It will first explode when the user wants or when is in impact.Which is a explosion larger then the Chuunin exams stadium but twice the size.After the explosion the moment after it will Implode pulling everything but the user in from at least 300 miles and when close will afterward's using force to push things together to smash in everything that was caught in that range.however Raigen use Black Raiton which is Alot more powerfull,cost alot more chakra and last alot longer
Weakness:Shortly after the jutsu will have some vision problems,leaving the user defenceless abit.And it takes like 2 post do complete the jutsu.

Description:This is a jutsu by the Kumori clan.The user will have Tanraigan already activated,when incoming Very strong ninjutsu a raiton will appear from no where to block/defend the user from harm.When jutsu is in affect will began to drain chakra.
Weakness:Only activates when can't dodge,block,counter or anything.Basicly only works when in tight problems.

Description:This is a common jutsu of the Kumori clan.This jutsu is only used when Tanraigan is activated.Raigen will look up at the clouds and all of a sudden it will began to thunder towards Raigen.Raigen can absorb the Lightning using it as a Defence,Offence or More chakra.
Weakness:none.besides it drains the user chakra abit while using it.

Description:This is one of Raigen's favorite and common jutsu.Raigen can create all kinds of Crystal of all shapes,types and sizes.Using his chakra he can make chakra tiny crystals that fly.they will move around like a circle and in the middle of the circle that is where the crystals come out.

Description:This is a technique that is very hard to learn,teach and explain.The User will using speed and agility will move behind there opponent and then the user will do a side kick to the kidney sending them flying and by the time the get up from the kick then the user will appear infront of them and with good level of speed will send 6 powerfull kicks to the opponent and the last kick will launch them flying in the air and while in the air the user will quickly appear infront of them high in the air and stomp them in the chest powerfully knocking them hard in the ground making a Large crater.
Weakness:have to be able to have a good body for it.

Description:This is a Taijutsu move that focus more on the needed movements and not the unneeded movements.The user would close in on there opponent,using there right leg would kick them in there left leg.After that quick kick the user would while there leg is still off the ground spin there whole body,Which is a amazing concept.And kick them in the under arm area below.Finally will spin around one more time kicking them in there neck with chakra added to it completly kicking them so hard there whole body spun in the air.After that the user can either do a amazingly powerfull kick or Punch in the chest sending them flying.This move is very strong and can give the opponent so much pain that they won't be able to move for a while and when they can regain movement there body will still be in much pain.

Description:This is a Taijutsu that focus more on the Opponents pain.The user would after closing in on there opponent,The moment there opponent's arm began to move like its going to make a Handseal the user would move faster and get very close.The user would punch at the chest about 6 times then jump in the air grabbing on to there arms pulling there face closer kneeing them in the face.And the impact will be so great that they would be in a daze knocked out.

Description:This is a Taijutsu that is used to get through the opponent as quickly as possible.The user would pull back one of there fist when the other fist is the one that holds channeled and deep chakra.As the Opponent believe the user will attack with the pulled fist.But when gets a Open shoot at the face or Chest.And the attack connects,with the other hand.The damage would be beyond compare.They would be crushed by the punch,and it would send them about 47 meters away.Can be sent through rock hard walls.

Description:This Taijutsu is used to quickly Impale the opponent with tireless attacks.This move is very risky and has to be perfect or the opponent can have a advantage.The user would being runing to get close and when getting close,the user might think that you will attack frontal,but then the user would hit the ground quick sliding on the ground infront of the opponent.And quickly kicking the opponenet Launching them in the air.The user then would push themself up and began kicking the opponent getting higher.After the kicks would dissappear and reappear above them for the final attack.

Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment.

If lightning strikes the wall it will connect through the whole water and strike the user also.

They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear (40 damage) from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

Description:advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins hat high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion. The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu. Must be raining, Jutsu will last three posts. Once jutsu is in effect it cancels out any other Rain jutsu until it is finished.

Description:A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.
