Name of Weapon: Kinzoku no Tsubasa [Metal Wings]
Powers: The fans themselves are pretty lightweight, but the ridges are plated with metal to make an impact when it hits something, or to startle the opponent with the loud snapping noise it makes when Kurai flicks them open. The ends of each fan have a little blade on each end, spiked with a poison which doesn't kill, but paralyzes badly, and weakens the opponents senses [touch,taste, smell etc] until treatment. Enough of it could kill, but the blades can only hold a small ammount. The fan also can be used for wind-based attacks.
History: Kurai bought a pair of fans from a local merchant and brought it back to her office. She then got the appropriate metals to place onto the back of the fan and the right size of blade to attach to each end. The poison was obtained through the fangs of a snake indigenous to the Snow which Kurai carefully caught and extracted.
How you got it: Kurai just bought a normal pair of fans from a local merchant and tweaked it herself to suit her needs in battle.
