The bloody bathwater rises as her breathing slowly falls
She cannot seem to find her voice through all of the choked back sobs
She cannot see her bathroom walls, nor the broken mirror
She cannot hear her final shout as the water fills her ears
Lower and lower she sinks, she hopes it never ends
The farther down she pushed herself the closer to the end
She smiled to herself as the bubbles came and went
She knew that only angels were truly heaven sent
The ones she loved
The one who loved her
They were mere illusions designed to confuse her
Life’s only true purpose is death
All the failed attempts, broken hearts and headaches
All of those lead up to her one last breath
She felt her lungs start to strain
And hoped that she could keep herself out of sanity just long enough
She whispered her last goodbye into the water
Just another bubble that races to the top
Closed her eyes and smiled
Then her breathing stopped.
And on her bedroom night stand
Next to her favorite ring
Was a note that said;
“I would give you everything
Sing you a thousand songs
Buy you just about anything
And forgive you for all your wrongs
Your love was all I lived for
All I strived to have
Im sorry that I had to go
Im sorry if this made you sad
But life’s one meaning is to die
And that is what I had to do
But this is life’s meaning
Mine was to love you”

Please tell me oh holy one since you seem to know god so well
Why is it that god sends his children to hell?
They worship and prey, the love him and praise him in all the taught ways
So are they considered unworthy of happiness if they were taught wrong?
Even if they lived a life that was faithful and strong
Oh holy one please tell me, since you know god so well
Will I myself be going to hell?
Because I refused to worship someone who put me into this world where I am and where I have stayed
Because I was taught different from the rest ?
Because I still don’t believe that mother know best?
Will I be sent to eternal suffering for nothing more than standing up when all others have bowed?
Because I refused to let him wear my crown?
Is this how our “Father” looks at us?
As if we are but pawns that are created to do nothing for us?
Lucifer knew as well as I that this was wrong
Is this why he is always demeaned?
So answer me holy one, since you know god so well
Why is it that god sends his children to hell?
