Name of Weapon: Quantero
Powers: This blade can absorb chakra from a jutsu, however this cannot stop a jutsu completely. The chakra it gains is transfered to the user of the blade. This blade helps out with lightning jutsu because it is able to withstand the power of lightning and the element can be added into the blade to make a shocking effect once it strikes.
History: This blade was made by the master swordsman, Kentetsu. He treasured it above his own life and used it many times, becoming famous with it.
How you got it: Sukumo was kidnapped by Kentetsu and stole the blade when he fled back to his village.

Is this Sword for a Genin? It seems very powerful... too powerful for any Genin to weild or withstand. It may end up severely injuring the user [if he's really a Genin] or even compromising his Chakra System.

it gives it to him like shamehada does for kisame.... it stores the chakra inside itself until he can absorb it. And i never said he was skilled with it, making him much weaker with it, his main advantage is great reflexes, so basicly he doesnt use styles just simply swinging like a madman, for now at least.

Such an ability would still greatly harm the Character. A Genin could not take it. It might actually "scar" the Chakra System or just flat out cut it completely. Chakra Injection through an outside source like a personal sword [which isn't even really his at all] would definitely be too rough for a Genin's Chakra System.
