Description: This technique is a custom made Ninjutsu technique used by Minoru. Minoru uses this technique in the same way as someone would use the Ameterasu. He fires a stream of white fire, which is as hot as 5000 degrees, which is as hot as the surface of the sun, from his right eye. If this technique hits Minoru's opponent, the target will be turned to ashes by the attack. In order to prevent his eye from being destroyed by the intensity of the technique, Minoru casts a protective layer of chakra in his eyes so he can safely use the technique without his eye being destroyed. Like the Ameterasu, this jutsu requires no hand seals.

Name: Lightning Release - Lightning Lance

Description: Lightning Lance is a custom made Ninjutsu technique that was created by Minoru. Minoru gathers lightning-elemental chakra in his hand and shapes it into a lance. The lance that is created from the lightning-elemental chakra can pierce through everything except solid diamond. The lance can be used as a melee weapon, like a sword or spear, or it can be thrown like a javelin. Like all lightning elemental techniques, if this technique were to hit the target, the target would experience temporary paralysis in the part of their body the lance hit.

Name: Lightning Release - Shocking Senbon

Description: Shocking Senbon is a custom made Ninjutsu technique used by Minoru. Minoru will gather lightning-elemental chakra into the air and created hundreds of senbon made of lightning elemental chakra. These senbon will then rain down upon the target and pierce through his flesh. This technique has a temporary paralysis effect like all Lightning-Elemental Techniques.

Name: Lightning Release - Lightning Destruction

Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with. Minoru used this technique in his fight with the Sanbi. This technique helped Minoru cut off one of the Sanbi's tails and weaken it severely.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Description: Lightning Dragon Fist is a custom-made Ninjutsu created by Minoru. Minoru will start out the technique by clapping his hands together. He will then gather lightning-elemental chakra into his fist. He will then aim a punch at his target, whether it is close-ranged or long ranged. The punch will release the lightning-elemental chakra into a large dragon made of lightning that, if it hits, the target will have all of his nerves destroyed, permanently paralyzing the target completely.

Name: Lightning Release - Eye Of Lightning Stream

Description: Eye Of Lightning Stream is a custom-made technique used by Minoru. He will first place a protective barrier inside his left eye. Once he does that, he will gather lightning-elemental chakra in his left eye. Then, he will release the lightning-elemental chakra out of his left eye in a stream like fashion, kind of like his Eye Of Holy Fire technique. The strange thing about this technique is that the lightning stream is a blue color. Like the Eye Of Holy Fire technique, this requires no hand seals.

Name: Crackling Port

Description: The Crackling Port is Minoru's custom-made Space-Time technique. It allows Minoru to teleport anywhere he desires. All he has to do is think up the place in his mind. This jutsu requires no hand seals.
Weakness: The Crackling Port has a stalling effect of about 1 second and when it is used, the user appears and disappears with a loud crackling sound, eliminating the chance of getting behind someone and killing them silently. Like all Space-Time techniques, the Crackling Port requires an amount of chakra to use that most kage's can't even give without succumbing to chakra exhaustion.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case.

Name: Multiple Shadow Clone

Description: Multiple Shadow Clones technique is an advanced variation of the Shadow Clone Technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Shadow Clones, a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

The clones themselves can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Multiple Shadow Clone an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Shadow Clones for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. With the great number of clones in Multiple Shadow Clone, the ninja can effectively learn in a few weeks with a hundred clones what would take one ninja numerous years.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker, which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker, Water Body Flicker, and Leaf Body Flicker.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

This technique is sometimes referred to as the Art of Projection in other manga and anime series.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Description: Air Walking is, currently, the most difficult form of chakra control exercises. It combines the teachings of the first three techniques, Water Walking, Tree Climbing and Waterfall Running. This technique allows you to walk on air, as if you were floating. This is by far the most difficult form of chakra control and so far, only Minoru is the only shinobi of this era that has mastered the technique.

Name: Tracer Eye Bombers

Description: Tracer Eye Bombers is a custom-made technique used by Minoru. Minoru will use his chakra to create a floating eye with wings and talon. This eye will look around for the target and when it finds the target, it will follow Minoru's target around until he either gives up or is unable to avoid it. However, this eye is also explosive so when it gets within range of the target, it will latch on to the target with it's talons and explode, killing Minoru's opponent. Just one of these little guys can make an explosion that's as powerful as 20 exploding tags. They can also be used as scouts as because when they are used, Minoru has a mental connection with them and the Tracer Eyes can pass on information to Minoru.

Name: Chakra Blast

Description: This unnamed chakra blast is a Ninjutsu technique used by Naruto in his four-tailed Kyuubi form. Taking advantage of his Jinchuuriki ability to harmonize and use the chakra of his bijuu, Naruto will cover himself in the Kyuubi's chakra and his own blood. Expelling chakra particles from his body, he will gather the small orbs into a small spherical ball of chakra. He will then compress the orb down and swallow it. The chakra will build internally and Naruto will fire the chakra out as an extremely powerful blast.

The blast is powerful enough to level the surrounding area and most anything which stands in its way. Orochimaru commented that if the blast directly connected with his body, even he would die. Even three of his powerful Rashoumon gates fell to the power of the attack.
