Small Conflict

Reports of a stranger in armor quickly spread throughout the village, faster than the stranger was looking. When the Mizukage was finally informed he set out to meet the man face to face. When he fianlly found the stranger, he jumped twenty feet in front of him and said, "We don't take kindly to strangers. What business do you have here?"

"I am. What business do you have here?" He was getting angry at the fact that the man started asking questions without answering his.

The Mizukage flashed behind him and threw several shurikens from different directions to stab into the stranger on his arms and legs.

The Mizukage blocks all of the kunais with his left arm and askes again, "What do you want with me?!"

The Mizukage sighed. "Fine." He formed hand signs in a flash and bit his thumb. "Summoning jutsu!" He summoned two robots, one fat and one thin. The robots prepared for battle.

The fat robot stared at him for a moment as the thin one flashed from behind swinging a giant sword that it had on its back.

The fat one quickly repairs the damage from the sword using the chakra within it. It then jumps in front of the thin one waiting for the stranger to use the scroll.

The Mizukage's left eye quickly analyzed the swords and the two robots jumped back closer to the Mizukage. He waited for the stranger to attack before moving.

The Mizukage began laughing. "How naive. I'm only getting warmed up." He quickly formed hand signs. Then, a thunderstorm began to form over the village and it began to downpour.

The Mizukage was shocked and quickly grabbed the stranger as the two robots disappeared. "What the hell is your problem coming into my village like this!"

"Stop calling me by that! My name is Phobos. And what do you mean worthy? Worthy of what?"

"Kanton? What is that?"

A giant smile grew onto his face. "Wait, how can you give me that? Who are you?"

The Mizukage touched his forehead where Kai poked. He smiled again. "Most impressive. Now i understand why you never answered my questions before. I'll be sure to start training immediately."

"I've heard about you Senjus. Enemies of the Uchiha right?"

"How unfortunate. The Shikyo clan was a band of Uchihas who left the clan to pursue their own purposes. We ended up here in Kirigakure and called ourselves Shikyo."

"How so?"

The Mizukage smiled. "The Shikyo clan has risen above what you think makes the Uchihas weak. As you can see, I have multiple jutsus that an Uchiha would never be able to obtain. We are the lucky Uchihas that are no longer Uchihas."

"I will." he smiled. "Although, i plan to combine the metal with myself and my summonings more than fire."

He smiled. "Precisely. I plan to do more than just attract and repel. I plan to morph it into new shapes and sizes. If i can do that, my powers will double in everything."

"I can already summon a dragon robot." He quickly made hand signs and bit his thumb. "Summoning jutsu!" A fifty foot long mechanized serpent dragon appeared. "See? I mean with this." He reached for the bandages on his left arm and ripped them off to reveal a robotic arm.

The Mizukage began laughing. "Where did you get all the metal for such a thing?"

He started clapping. "I'm very impressed. You must teach me."

"My Shiringan isn't as strong as it should be at this stange. Mostly for two reasons. One, I'm a half breed Shikyo. Two, I never trained enough with it to get truly masterful. I used this eye instead." He lifted his hair up and showed him his red left eye. "It's a robotic eye that analyzes situations and provides schematics towards my next move. Almost like the Sharingan except there's no genjutsus."

"I know. But, to rely too much on that power makes me think that I'm too weak to use anything else. My Sharingan is only a small aid in my arsenal."

He thought. "I'll see what I do later. For now, I stick to controling metal."

"What is that?"

The Mizukage was shocked. "Who gave you the power to negotiate that?"

"Why are you asking of this?"

"What is this danger?"

"Do you know what this problem will cause?"

He smiled and thought, could he be referring to the organization? Even if he is, he obviously doesn't know enough to stop us. "I'll think about it."

"It could be better. We've had a spike, but it's still not enough. I'm hoping the spike will continue to grow."

Phobos smiled. "It all depends on what organization you're talking about. There are many organizations out that that could want to do harm or good."

He smiled. "No, I'm not part of that group. The organization that I work for has a different motive that can actually benefit the shinobi world."

He smiled. "As long as everything goes as planned, the majority will benefit."

OOC: Thanx for letting me know.

He smiled. "Unfortunately, you cannot know unless you're in the organization. However, if you think about it, no decision is ever good for everyone. The majority mainly is benefitted, while others suffer. It's a fact of life."

"To take the time to find a way to benefit everyone is illogical to me. Not even my robot brain can comprehend a good way to do it that will have the effect that my organization is looking for."

He smiled. "The Senju hope for peace I have heard of. I must say it's quite convincing. But, I can't turn back on my organization. They have brought me reason to do something in this world. And I will fulfill it."

"There is no such thing as peace. It is only a dream that people try to fill. But, there will always be those who are against the peace of others. The world is always at war, whether you want to admit it or not."

"When I speak of peace in this situation, I mean world peace. Inner peace, friendly peace, these I know exist. I don't doubt that you are peace. But, beyond that, people are generally unpeaceful. And if they tire of war, then they will argue and hate still. People fight to serve themselves first, then the needs of others, generally."

"Love is the willingness to sacrifice yourself for the needs of others." he smiled seeing what he was getting at.

"Love of one? What do you mean?"

The Mizukage thought about his words. "An interesting way to look at it."

He smiled. "A noble cause. Who is this person if I may ask?"

He smiled. "very well then. I respect your privacy. However, I still stand by the fact that chaos will continue to exist in this world. And with chaos, comes advancement. That is my goal."

"The same goes to you. That is the beautiful thing about our world. We have every right to pursue what we want. And I intend to do that."

"So that is who you love. I see now."

He smiled. "No, but I would think that you would fight to keep her alive, since you want to revive the Senju."

"hmm. True. Nonetheless, I stand by my ideals. Though, I respect your opinion on the matter."
