Ideas to improve the site???

I wholeheartedly disagree, Larry. The "better" RPers [if anything] DESERVE to have the higher-ranked Characters. It's almost as if you're punishing people because they are better. That makes no sense at all, Larry.

"Better" RPers don't do that, though. People who RP "better" don't recklessly kill everyone in sight. "Better" RPers like to develop their Characters more than proving that they are the best. If they truly are "better" Rpers, then there is nothing to prove. You're thinking about it in the opposite light, Larry. If anything, newer RPers more fit into the category of people who would create a powerful Character just to kill everyone else because they have something to prove.

You'd be surprised.... Unless that SS-Ranked Jutsu [which is a BS rank, anyway] is insanely OP'd to the point of being that NO ONE can dodge it, anyone can dodge it with appropriate tactics.

I am actually trying to "nerf" some of the profiles before an Admin can approve them. Some of them are just so insanely OP.... I literally had to tell an Admin once that {s}he was wrong in approving Jutsu, and I nerfed them to hell because they were either too vauge or too OP. The Admins need to discuss with each what is OP and what is not. There is a lot of mixed messages being sent by the Staff on what is considered OP or not.

Do not say that I am the best. I do it merely for the benefit of the site. If the site runs with less GM and OPness because I am a Mod, then so be it.... [I am not saying that Admins do not do that, though.]

Okay, for one thing, admins get on everyday. Silvia, Matt, Zak, and I are on a lot. But we have other things to do too. You can't expect us to be looking at apps every minute. They'll be approved soon. And another thing, I didn't choose the admins because they were my friends. I chose them because they ARE good admins. They know how to rp, they don't god-mod, and they are good with the forum.

There are RP samples for the higher ranks in the templates now, so I'll only approve good rpers for higher ranks.

I agree with this. In all honesty, A lot of people have been getting SS-Ranked Characters, a Rank that does not even exist in the Naruto World. It's insane that people are creating Characters REGULARLY that can overpower Pein, Madara, ect.... And, these people will constantly only post one lines. Sarah, you made the RP Sample so that only "good" RPers could get these Ranks. However, after the initial Profile, it seems that no one is actually RPing to the caliber that is expected of them....

Anyway, I understand that Admins can't get online every day. I understand that some are so busy that they cannot even do much when they do get online. I respect the decisions of the Administration, and I wish only for the success of this site. ^^

So... I'll be getting back to work. *goes to Mod stuff*

That's the thing. Hardly anyone now-a-days creates Genin. I have three or four Genin, myself.... I don't want my Characters to fight each other in the Chuunin Exams. ><

I have four perfectly capable Genin.... Denying me to use any of them is a punishment to that Character for having the same owner. I honestly am very against limiting the number of Genin being submitted.... The Chuunin Exams only come once every few months. It would be insane for another one of my Characters to wait twice, if not three times as long just because I use that Character.... >>

It would.... But, it isn't going to happen that way. No new members will make Genin when they only need to put minimal effort to get a very high-ranked Character.

Well, what about my Genin? People say that they have the attributes to being an SS-Ranked Ninja. I RP to do what MY CHARACTERS would do, not what I want. New members tend to RP the way that they want, not how the Character would.... They are also more likely to power-grab and GM to get a better position to "prove" themselves.

Ok I've been silent so I'll throw in some oponions.First,all Cannons taken away from the users instead of people making a app for them only to get denied,How about instead we had audition,And Everyone can go for any character.But they got to pm me or staff members there rping sample of the Character they want.Because I am seeing alot of people claiming to have a character but don't act,think or even look like them.


This is so that people won't be insulting other members about them no knowing how to use a character right.

Before a charter/jutsu/spirit/weapon gets approved 2 admins must have said yes and a admin cant approve their own posts this would start from the day this rule is applied if it ever is. Then perhaps we can get a end to thoose freakin discussions bout admins not reading through applies and such

I believe that he's refering to the lack of real concensus amongst the Admins and Staff. There isn't a set rules for each approval section besides the Template and line limits. There's nothing else there. You're basically throwing everyone out there to do as they please, which in some cases can be contradictary to what is best for the site or to what you want to see in approvals and such.
