That is false. Hoshigakure no Sato does not act that way. They have the secret meteorite that empowers them. They are weak, just lower in numbers. Hoshigakure no Sato would not resort to such extreme risks. The Jinchuurikki could collapse under the power of the Bijuu and destroy them, too.

What you said made no sense. The Meteorite allows the users to access a special type of Chakra that can become semi-corporeal. The ninja become stronger from the Meteorite if they can survive it.

And, your logic is still flawed.

The meteorite makes those who survive stronger and more able to control Chakra, also being able to control the purple Hoshi Chakra that it provides. In essence, they become stronger.

Yet, you cannot say that all or most are weak. The meteorite actually weeds out the weak and makes the strong stronger.

NO VILLAGE WOULD EVER RELY ON A CHILD JINCHUURIKKI TO RELEASE HIS/HER BIJUU IN FULL FORM, AND THAT BIJUU WOULD NEVER STAY WHEN GIVEN THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO BREAK FREE AND RAMPAGE.

It would not happen. Hoshigakure no Sato would sooner be conquered than obliterated.
