Jaun,they made an acception...due to the inactivity of the other Uchiha.

A lot of the Canon Characters are overpowered. Neji is one of them.

I would say at least 16 or 17, though I would prefer for it to be mor about 18-20 or older. Jounin are only the best of the best, not every single teenager out there.

I'm just saying that I don't like it. Jounin are usually much older.
