Friend in the moon
Standing here in this cold night
With noone to stand beside.
Talk to about any troubles inside.
Silence screams through the sky.
My eyes glaze through the still air.
Looking for a soul that would care.
Look as i may but not a find anywhere.
Just the moon with its bright stare.
Why do we feel when were all alone.
When nothing sounds through the night.
That we can look up and just know.
The moon holds a friends eyes.
Feelings surge through my entire being.
The tingle of an angels massage on me.
My mind wonders from your eyes i see.
As you look back standing beside me.
Feeling of loneliness starts to subside.
As me and you are able to find.
Each other in this silent night.
