| Kurai stood on the sandy beach alone, looking out at the shifting sea thoughtfully as the sun gradually set on the horizon. For once, she wasn't kitted out in a kimono or battle clothing or anything of the sort. She was actually in a dress, which was an extremely rare occurance for her. Of course, it couldn't be too girly. It was still Kurai after all. The dress was a deep purple, almost black to those who saw it from a distance. It came down to about her ankles and had a plunging neckline. The design was fairly simple, nothing too special. The only real decoration it had on it was a silver lining on the left hand side, coiling up the side of the dress in an elegant swirling pattern. However, her clothes were the least of her worries. She wasn't even paying attention to her surroundings, her mind was on other things. She was getting sicker, she couldn't hide it for much longer. | |

Kurokon was walking on the water with his famous smile. (think gin from bleach) He wasnt wearng his normal attire, he was wearing a black tank top and blue pants. This was strange for him, after all he hated to wear anything but red or black. Which is why he once almost set a building on fire, because the waiter told him he would have to wear blue to get in, yet here he was wearing blue. A strange occurence indeed. |

Kurai sighed and dropped her gaze from the water, shutting her eyes in defeat. She would have to face it sooner of later. The strain on her body from the demons she held was becoming too much. If they kept competing with each other, there was no way Kurai's body could withstand it. She clenched her fists and grit her teeth. Dammit all, she couldn't die yet. She wasn't even an adult yet, she wasn't going to let herself be cheated out of having a long and happy life. She'd already survived so much. Then again, maybe that had contributed to her condition. She'd already cheated death so many times so it was bound to catch up with her eventually. Her thoughts were so conflicted and she felt totally and utterly alone in the world. As if she could just fade away to nothing there and then, and nobody would even aknowledge the fact that she wasn't around anymore.

Kurokon was now beside the girl he came to. His smile faded as he felt another pressence in her. It was quite obvious she was a jinchuuriki, but why wasnt she paying attention to him? He coughed to clear his throat "hello miss....." |

| ooc: eh, well i dont mind at all. Go right ahead lol
Her head jerked up as she was thrown back to reality. She looked to the side and saw a man looking at her. He'd said hello, hadn't he? She had spaced out so much that she couldn't be 100% sure. She thought he did. "Uhm..." She began, still trying to get her thoughts together. "Hi there...Have we met?" She asked him in a slightly confused manner. Boy, had he caught her at a bad time. Its not like she was in a bad mood or anything, but when she was thinking like this, she normally preferred being alone. Then again, she hardly ever got time to BE alone. There was always something that needed done so it was something she'd had to adjust to. She didn't want to seem like she didnt want to speak to the boy or that she was uninterested, so she tried her best to smile although she wasn't sure if it came out as a smile or a grimace.

"why are you out here alone?" He smiled at her and squated besides her, on his heels putting his arms on his knees. she is obviously either a kage or daimyo.... but I've been wrong before.... oh well its not like I'm here to kidnap her... lets just hope they dont know who she is.... they are looking or jinchuuriki now arent they? |

| "W-What am i doing here...?" She echoed his question, blinking a few times. She looked back out at the ocean again and sighed. "Gathering my thoughts i suppose..." She replied with a slight shrug. She didn't want to go into depth about the situation, the last thing she needed was another person knowing about her 3 demons. "I suppose i'm alone because thats the way it's always been.." She replied quietly with a slight smile. It was true enough but she hated to admit it. If she hadn't been thinking so deeply right now, she would've been grateful for his company. "Why did you decide to come and talk to me?" She asked curiously, tilting her head slightly. Why would anyone take an interest in her? On the outside she didn't look like anything special. Or so she thought, she supposed that it was all a matter of opinion. | |

| "well Im just random like that... alone as always eh? I know the feeling... the lonliness of nothing... just existing without a purpose correct?" He glanced into her eyes, sharingan spinning rapidly. While most sharingan's looked evil and corrupt his looked beautiful and brilliant. It had six pin wheels to it and it was shining in the sun light. |

| She nodded and felt her heart sink at the undeniable feeling of lonliness that was slowly eating away at her. "Yeah...That's pretty much it," She admitted as she toyed with the silver locket that hung around her neck. She saw his sharingan, thinking he was an Uchiha or indeed something similar. The pinwheels fascinated her. They didn't have an evil aura to them like she had previously seen in other Uchihas. It made her feel a little more at ease if she was going to be truthful. She extended a hand to him slowly, her pale skin almost sparkling in the evening light. "Kurai Niwa..." She said, introducing herself. As always, her bangs covered one of her eyes, which now permanently housed her kekkei genkai, while the other visible eye, which was an emerald green, surveyed him carefully. | |

| Itachi was in the shadows of the background they were nearby, suppressing his chakra so he would not be noticed and hidden completely in darkness. He could hear some bits of their conversation, this wasn't what he was here for, he was traveling to his next target, perhaps to recruit people with pure souls and hearts. He heard the name Kurai Niwa, Kage of the Snow and he turned his gaze towards her. Now intrigued by this knowledge. |

| Kurai ran a hand through her hair and sighed again, picking up a handful of sand and sifting it through her fingers. She watched the golden specks blow away on the wind and began to lose focus again. This was becoming increasinly common for her lately. 'I wonder how everyone is getting along...Akane and Mei are on vacation, so they'll be fine...I need to stop being so leniant with them...' She concluded as she rolled her eyes. Those two had been away for about a week now and it was getting on her nerves. She straightened up again and felt a gentle breeze blowing her hair away from her face so now her inflicted eye could be seen pretty clearly. Its brilliant blue and silver coloring shone and glittered in the light of the sun as she had to bring herself back to reality yet again. 'Damnit Kurai, pull yourself together...' She told herself. | |

| He grabbed it, smiled and shook "kurokon shikyo" He sat down next to her instead of just squating. He knew how she felt about being lonely, as he had been most of his life. He saw her eyes and smirked. Emerald was not quite common in the world these days. He sighed as he glanced back at the ocean, he merely wanted peace and freedom back then, but the lonliness had almost driven him insane in his search for peace. |

| Itachi watched as the two conversed. Another name was said out of the mouth of the young boy. Kurkon Shikyo, a name he was less familiar to, though the boy looked like no push over. He got a glimpse of his eyes, the sharingan. Itachi's eyes narrowed at the sight of them. Those eyes, nothing good ever came from them. |

| She looked out at the ocean too, glad that finally she had some form of company that she could just talk to without it leading to some sort of fight or competition. He looked like he just wanted to relax, as she did. Good, then she'd get along with him just fine. She leaned back and looked up at the sky absent-mindedly. | |

| "something wrong?..... you seemed tense before, yet relaxed now" He smiled. He'd always calmed people down, even in a fight he was able to calm them down usualy. He recalled the one person who wouldnt calm down ever...... his brother. |

| Itachi thought it was time to show the clone, it walked out and said the two peoples names. "Kurokon Shikyo...Kurai Niwa" he muttered, his red eyes staring at the two of them. |

| She immediately stood up, totally on guard. When she saw who it was it only made her worse. The last time she encountered Itachi, he had attacked her with Kisame. Not the best first impression. She braced herself, waiting for some sort of attack to come her way or for him to try and get her to agree to come back with him to the Akatsuki. | |

| "itachi... hey hows it going?" He smiled and waved at him. He met itachi once before and knew much about him. He was probably the only person, excluding danzo, who knew the orders itachi was given that day. He had searched and foudn them, beleivibng it was a lie he had gone to his sensei, who told him it was true, as he was the one who had trained itachi. he's not with kisame...... "Im guessing one of two things.... kisame died or you left akatsuki... correct?" |

| "Neither of those things are important at the moment." he said quietly and looked at Kurai's stance. "Calm down, Im not going to harm you" he said in a stern tone. "I have an invitation for you two" he muttered. "Just follow me" he said. |

| She frowned slightly, still wary about his offer but feeling a little more at ease. She relaxed her stance and slowly, carefully approached him. She'd trust him for now, and if he did turn and attack her, she wouldn't hold back this time. "...Fine," | |

| He slowly stood up and walked over to itachi. He glanced at kurai noting her nervousness, he had no other word for it. "dont worry he wont fight us.... even if he did it'd be a short and pointless battle" He nodded. Though sometimes he acted crazy and stupid he was actually pretty smart, those who knew this thought of him as a guiness. |

| Itachi smirked under his breath as the boy was very cocky. He led them to a waterfall that took about thirty minutes by walking. He was quiet the whole way there. |

| She looked at the waterfall and felt slightly more at ease. Alright, she saw no more Akatsuki members, things seemed relatively safe. She continued to say nothing and just watched Itachi, waiting for him to give them some sort of sign or instruction. | |

| Kurokon was pracitacally sleeping. He was bored from the long walk there. He sighed and looked at the waterfall. Nothing seemed wrong with it but when an uchiha was there nothing seemed wrong even if it was a massacare. |

| Itachi led them into the waterfall and made ten handseals quickly and placed his hands on a wall. It was gone in seconds and he walked in, signaling them to follow. Itachi looked at them as they entered with his clone. "Only two more guests to go" he said. |

| She blinked slightly, looking around. She was a bit confused, true, but now was not the time to ask questions. She merely shrugged and raised an eyebrow when she saw Mei and Akane there. 'They've got some explaining to do later...' She thought to herself. | |
