| Name: Phobos Shikyo Age: 20 Gender: Male Rank: Mizukage Looks:  Personality: He is calm and logical in battle, always analyzing the situation. Village: Kirigakure Clan: Shikyo and Decodace clan Bio: Due to his mother and father being from two different clans, Phobos was an outcast in both clans. However, he managed to get the abilities from both clans. People soon discovered Phobos's amazing ability to naturally conserve his chakra when using jutsus along with the Shikyo clan abilities. This allowed him to rise up quickly through the ranks and become a powerful ninja. However, when he was 14, the Decodace clan attacked Kiri in bloody revenge and killed his mother, the only person who seemed to truly love him, in the process. Out of fury and hatred, he destroyed all of the Decodace clan leaving him the only one left. However, while attacking he lost use of his left arm. Since he had the ability to summon robots, he replaced his arm with a robotic one that now adds to his abilities. Soon after, he became the Mizukage for his great strength and loyalty to the village.
