no no he dont have itachis eyes he never took them thats why he is goind blind almost from using it he can use the black fire because itachi sealed it in sasukes eyes

hm i think itachi offered his eyes to sasuke but sasuke said now cuz he wanted to get stronger on his own but before death itachi still sealed some powers into sasuke ^^

sasuke seald away a technique inside sasuke never gave him one of the eyes if he did sasuke would have eternal mangyeko now and he dont 1 proof on that is that sasuke going blind from using the black flames
