Description: The Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu is a sword style used by the Shimazu Samurai Clan. The Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu is a sword style that has two major foundations. The first and most important foundation is that you need to use two katanas to use this style. The second foundation is speed. Speed is almost as important as using multiple swords. This style involves the ability to battle multiple opponents at once but it is also effective for fighting one specific opponent. In order to use this style effectively, you must be faster then your opponent. It requires speed that can't be matched by an opponent, whether they be ninja or samurai. The Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu has four different sword stances and each form has their own number of techniques.

2 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Attou Chisoka Sutansu (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Overwhelming Speed Stance)

Description: The first form of the Style is called Attou Chisoku Sutansu or Overwhelming Speed Stance. The stance of this form of the Hanpaku Sword Style involves the left foot being in front of the right foot and they are shoulder length apart. The upper half of the body is perfectly straight, which indicates that the Clan member will aim of the upper half of the target's body. The sword in the left hand is pointed outwards as if it was being used to stab someone while the sword in the right hand is held horizontally, which indicates that the Clan member will use sweeping slashes to alternate with the stabs. The techniques involving the Attou Chisoku Sutansu stance are:

Description: The Hyaku Kawari Higyou is a Kenjutsu Technique utilizing the Attou Chisoka Sutansu and it is a primitive, less powerful form of the Chimei Atemi Sutansu's Hayai Ryuu Sen Kawari Dageki. The Shimazu Clan member will draw their twin katanas and get into the Attou Chisoka Sutansu. The Clan member will then charge at the opponent and repeatedly use alternating stabs and diagonal and horizontal slashes to the right side of the target's body that go up to 15-25 slashes in 5 seconds.

2.2 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Attou Chisoka Sutansu - Baisuu Keishou Higyou (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Overwhelming Speed Stance - Multiple Succession Strikes)

Description: The Baisuu Keishou Higyou is a Kenjutsu Technique utilizing the Attou Chisoka Sutansu. The Clan member will first get into the Attou Chisoka Sutansu fighting stance and then charge at the opponent. This attack is basically a continuous, never-ending combination of alternating stabs and slashes that keeps the target too busy to attack since they have to keep dodging. The alternated slashes and stabs are done at random to keep the opponent on their toes.

3. Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Hikui Batsu Sutansu (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Low Attacking Stance)

Description: The second form of the Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu is the Hikui Batsu Sutansu, or the Low Attacking Stance. The Shimazu Clan member's legs are bent slightly to make it look like the Clan Member is crouching when they really aren't and the feet are loose to allow nimble, agile movement. Both of the swords are pointed slightly downwards at an angle, which indicates that the Clan member is targeting the lower half of the target's body and the attacks can be anywhere from sweeping slashes all the way up to stabs. The techniques that are included in this stance are:

3.1 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Hikui Batsu Sutansu - Baizou Hiza Kire (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Low Attacking Stance - Double Knee Slicer)

Description: The Baizou Hiza Kire is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Hikui Batsu Sutansu. The Clan member will start off the technique by getting in the Hikui Batsu Sutansu Stance and the charge at the opponent. The Clan member will then go for quick, fast slashes that target the opponents knees. The wounds inflicted on the knees will make it very painful for the target to walk and will severely limit their movement. The Clan member keeps ducking, swerving and maneuvering around the target to keep the opponent from hitting them.

4 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance)

Description: The third form of the Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu is the Chimei Atemi Sutansu or the Fatal Blow Stance and it is the most powerful of the four stances and it is utilized by the Shimazu Clan. This stance shows the true speed of the Shimazu Clan. The right leg is stuck straight out and the lower half of it is pointed straight down on the ground while the left leg was pointed backwards at a downward angle, the toes bent on the ground with the rest of the foot facing the back of the Clan member, making them look like their in a running position, which indicates the Clan Member will stop holding back and will go full speed. The arms are pointed outwards, the lower halves bent slightly, the right forearm bent slightly towards an upwards, diagonal left angle while the left forearm is bent towards an upwards, diagonal right angle, which causes the swords to cross into an x-formation. 4.1 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu - Denkou-Haya Dageki (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance - Lightning-Fast Strike)

Description: The Denkou-Haya Dageki is a middle level Kenjutsu technique that utilizes the Chimei Atemi Sutansu. The Shimazu Clan member will start off the technique by getting into the Chimei Atemi Sutansu and will then charge at the opponent at full speed and go for a quick, incredibly fast single sword slash to any one of the opponent's vital points.

4.2 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu - Sendo Hando (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance - Death's Hand)

Description: The Sendo Hando is the most powerful technique of the Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu and it is the most difficult technique of the style utilizing the Chimei Atemi Sutansu. This technique shows the true speed of the Shimazu Clan member. The Clan member will first get into the Chimei Atemi Sutansu and then charge at the opponent. The Clan member, who moves so fast that they look like silver blurs, will move all around the target, slashing and stabbing at all their vital spots. Their jugular vein, sub-cuticle artery, sub-clavicle vein, brain, throat, lungs, heart, bladder, spinal column, liver, and the small and large intestines are all targeted. The strikes at the vital areas are so fast, most assume that the attacks are all simultaneous.

4.3 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu - Toge-Koramu Kuchiku (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance - Spinal-Column Destruction)

Description: The Toge-Koramu Kuchiku is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Chimei Atemi Sutansu. The Clan member will start off the technique by getting into the Chimei Atemi Sutansu and then charged at the target. The Clan member will run around to the back of his opponent and go for a number of slashes to the spinal-column of the target, cutting it to pieces and slicing up the target's back.

4.4 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu - Roku-Hitsu Ryuu Higyou (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance - Six-Headed Dragon Strike)

Description: The Roku-Hitsu Ryuu Higyou is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Chimei Atemi Sutansu. The Clan member will start off the technique by getting into the Chimei Atemi Sutansu and then charge at the opponent. The Clan member will slash at the target's arms with the swords at the same time, striking each arm with one sword. Then, the Clan member will slice off both of the target's legs with both swords at the same tim and then finally, slice at the target's neck with both swords, effectively killing the target.

4.5 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Chimei Atemi Sutansu - Hayai Ryuu Sen Kawari Dageki (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Fatal Blow Stance - Quick Dragon Thousand Alternating Strikes)

Description: The Hayai Ryuu Sen Kawari Dageki is a technique that requires the intense, unmatched speed of the Hanpatsu Ooozora Tsurugi Ryu and it is utilizes the Chimei Atemi Sutansu. The Clan member will start off the technique by getting into the Attou Chisoku stance. The Shimazu Clan member will use two katanas to go for a very fast, very powerful and very deadly rush of stabbing motions with the left sword that are alternated with horizontal and diagonal slashes that start from the left with the right sword. The stabbing motions are not aimed at a specific part of the body. The stabs all come at random and they are aimed all over the right side of the target's body. However, unlike most multiple sword stabbing attacks, this technique does not involve the Clan member standing in one spot. The Clan member keeps moving around the target in circles, stabbing them repeatedly with up to 30-50 stabs in 3 seconds.

5 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Naibun Sutansu (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Secret Stance)

Description: The fourth and final form of the Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu is the Naibun Sutansu or the Secret Stance. This stance, like it's name, is a Secret Stance of the Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu and it focuses on the use of Chi or mental energy rather instead of speed. The Clan member will bend forward slightly and hold his arms out sideways, each arm facing opposite ends. The swords will be pointed outwards towards the front. Strangely, the stance does not give away what the Clan member's attack is going to be. The techniques that use the Naibun Sutansu are:

5.1 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Naibun Sutansu - Tenkuu Dangan (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Secret Stance - Air Bullet)

Description: The Tenkuu Dangan is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Naibun Sutansu. The Clan member will first get into the Naibun Sutansu and then go for a stabbing motion with either of their katanas. The stabbing motion will cause the katana to shoot out a 'bullet' made of compressed air. Despite what people think, this is not a Wind Elemental technique. The bullet of compressed air shoots at the target and if it hits, will knock the opponent back. Instead of it doing damage like a normal bullet being shot from a gun, the bullet is more of a blunt attack that will instead crack or break one or two bones and knock the target back. This bullet of compressed air cannot be set on fire.

5.2 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Naibun Sutansu - Tenkuu Yaiba (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Secret Stance - Air Blade)

Description: The Tenkuu Yaiba is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Naibun Sutansu. The Clan member will first get into the Naibun Sutansu to start off the technique. The Clan member will then go for a slashing motion that will make a blade made of air shoot out towards the target. This is similar to the Tenkuu Dangan and like the Dangan, it can't be set on fire. However, instead of being used a blunt weapon like Dangan, the Tenkuu Yaiba is used to slice a body part of the target off.

5.3 Name: Hanpatsu Oozora Tsurugi Ryu - Naibun Sutansu - Denkou Kirite (Opposing Heaven Sword Style - Secret Stance - Lightning Cutter)

Description: The Denkou Kirite is a Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Naibun Sutansu. The Clan member will start off the technique by getting into the Naibun Sutansu. The Clan member will then use this technique to slice a lightning technique in half. This technique can also be used to slice real lightning in half. However, the only ones able to do this technique are Masahisa Shimazu and King Taishou Shimazu.

Background/RP Sample

Background: King Taishou Shimazu, a man who's name would send a shiver of fear down the spine of anyone who has met him. King Taishou Shimazu was once the King of Whirlpool Country. He, like all other Shimazu, were trained at birth to handle a sword effectively. Taishou was by far had the most potential and most determination out of the other Shimazu children and that helped him to eventually become the best and strongest of the Shimazu Clan. However, Taishou eventually grew to selfish and cold-hearted, wanting himself to be the only master Samurai.

So, he executed the other Shimazu, including his parents, older brother and younger sister, leaving him as the last Shimazu, which also meant that he was the one to take the throne and become the ruler of Whirlpool Country. One day, he came across a woman by the name of Yukina Hyuuga, a full-blooded Head Family Hyuuga who didn't agree with the views of the Hyuuga, who later become his wife and Queen of Whirlpool Country. She became pregnant multiple times but Taishou had her terminate the kids because none of them were male. However, after the fifth time Yukina became pregnant, Taishou gave up and decided to just accept the unborn child into his family. However, this would be a mistake that would haunt him for the rest of his life.

His daughter Princess Kimi Shimazu-Hyuuga was disobedient and rebellious, not liking the thought of being a kunoichi or a samurai. Apparently, she had too big of a heart to ever harm someone, willingly or not. Eventually, Taishou decided to marry her off to an nobleman to get rid of her. However, Kimi rebelled and refused to marry the nobleman. In his rage, Taishou had ordered his guards to rape Kimi into submission.

However, Kimi's loyal bodyguards held back the other guards in order to let Kimi escape. Kimi eventually made it to Konoha, where she decided to live from now on. Eventually, Kimi met and fell in love with a man named Orochimaru, who she would eventually marry. Kimi became pregnant with Orochimaru's child and she told him so but she also told him that she was dying from Tuberculosis, causing Orochimaru to leave her behind a few days later. Kimi then had her child, a son by the name of Prince Ryuumaru Shimazu-Hyuuga.

Taishou eventually got word of this and it caused his blood to boil with rage. He eventually set out on his travels to find and kill Kimi, who he found out later died, Orochimaru and Ryuumaru so he could remove the mark of shame on his noble and elegant line. During his travels, Whirlpool Country wound up destroyed in his absence, which caused Taishou to just seethe in rage. However, one day, during his travels, he met a man who would change his life forever. The man's name was Madara Uchiha. Taishou made a deal with Madara that whatever he wanted, Taishou would assist him in getting in exchange for giving him back his youth. Madara granted that request and gave him his youth back and also froze the Space-Time around Taishou to keep him from aging.
